DQS de México provides added value services
Supporting customers during these difficult times of transition is a special concern for our colleagues, not only in Mexico but worldwide. For this reason, DQS de México gave seminars for their customers about the main changes of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
The seminars took place in Novotel Santa Fe, México city, and there was a great response and participation from the customers.
The main changes that were addressed in the seminars are:
- The High Level Structure.
- Commitment of Top Management.
- Risk based Thinking.
- Context of the Organization.
- Flexibility in documented information.
- The Quality Management Principles.
- The absence of preventive action as an explicit requirement.
- The Transition
- Applicability of the new version for “Services” companies.
The seminars also included some workshops aimed at helping the participants understand the main changes better, as well as explaining the transition period. The clients were very thankful for this information, since it helped them make the best decision for their company in accordance with their time period for the transition
With Ms. Tania Trujillo as the speaker, the main changes were fully described and all the questions of the customers were answered immediately.
DQS de México continues to offer trainings and GAP analysis to help their customers in the transition period.
